join their Student Wellbeing<br>service from September 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and student-focused<br>environment, providing high-quality therapeutic support to students experiencing a<br>wide range of emotional, psychological and mental health difficulties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The successful candidate will play a key role within the wider wellbeing team,<br>supporting students through short-term interventions, risk management, signposting<br>and collaborative multidisciplinary working to help students engage positively with<br>their class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deliver confidential one-to-one counselling sessions to students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Undertake assessments and risk evaluations where appropriate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate and professional clinical records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary Student Wellbeing team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support students presenting with a broad range of mental health and emotional wellbeing needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide appropriate referrals and signposting to external services where required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qualification in Counselling, Psychotherapy or related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membership\/accreditation with a recognised professional body (BACP, UKCP or equivalent)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience working with young adults, students or within education settings desirable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In Return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul
