“When I was seven years old, I watched a car salesman try every trick in the book to pressure my parents into buying a car they clearly didn’t want.
They didn’t fall for it, but I never forgot it.
That moment shaped how I see sales, business, and relationships. It taught me that trust is earned, not forced, and that manipulation has no place in professional partnerships.”
Mentalia was founded with a simple vision: build a recruitment agency without the
typical sales culture. Keep the professionalism, lose the persona.
