Are you a Psychologist looking for a role where you can have a meaningful impact
on the lives of children and young people while working as part of a highly supportive
multidisciplinary team?
We’re supporting a specialist education provider in the Warwickshire area seeking an
experienced Psychologist to join their clinical team. This is an opportunity to work
closely with children and young people with a range of additional needs, helping to
shape positive outcomes through assessment, intervention and collaborative
working.
You’ll play a key role in supporting both pupils and staff, contributing to therapeutic
approaches that help young people overcome barriers to learning, development and
wellbeing.
What you’ll be doing
- Undertaking psychological assessments and contributing to formulation-led approaches
- Supporting the development and delivery of therapeutic interventions
- Working closely with education staff, families and multidisciplinary colleagues
- Providing consultation, guidance and training to support positive outcomes
- Contributing to EHCP processes, reports and recommendations where appropriate
- Helping to develop psychologically informed practices across the setting
What we’re looking for
- Qualified Psychologist with relevant professional registration
- Experience working with children and young people is desirable
- Strong assessment, formulation and report-writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
- Passion for improving outcomes for children with additional needs
