CQC Registered Manager – Supported Living Adults with Autism – Surrey – Hybrid Working

Our Private Client are seeking a CQC Registered Manager to oversee their high quality supported living services for adults with autism, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and complex behaviours. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, person-centred care in accordance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines.

 

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a supported
living or similar service.
• NVQ/QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• In-depth understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, MCA, DoLS and PBS
principles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and ethical integrity.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
