Mentalia Locums has an excellent ongoing opportunity for an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist to join the clinical team at a specialist private mental health hospital in Portsmouth.
The role is based within a 30-bed high-dependency rehabilitation unit supporting male adults with complex mental health needs.
The role:
- 2–3 days per week
- Ongoing locum contract
- ASAP start date
- Delivering occupational therapy assessments and interventions
- Supporting service users with rehabilitation, independence and recovery
- Working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team
You’ll need:
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working within mental health services
- Strong assessment, intervention and care-planning skills
- Previous inpatient or rehabilitation experience would be beneficial
